We present you a small restaurant based in Nueva Andalucia. The business is in excellent condition and has been operating for 3 years. The industrial retro design was fashioned by the 3 partners, who between them, personally built everything that you see there today.The cuisine is Italian based. As you walk into the restaurant, the first thing that you see is the industrial pasta machine that produces all the pasta for the restaurant.The high ceilings provide an open feel, without echo, due to the materials used and the wooden flooring. Wooden walls combined with exposed ducting, give the restaurant the previously mentioned industrial retro look. There is even the front of a Fiat 500 on a wall, complete with working lights. The kitchen is open plan and completely visible through glass. There is a small office area upstairs. The restaurant has an excellent trip advisor rating, having been the number one restaurant in Marbella for nearly two years, and at one point the best restaurant on the Costa del sol. At the time of writing it is still in the top three in Marbella, from over a thousand restaurants. Inside there is seating for 30 and there is also a terrace for summer use that can accommodate another 30 covers. Due to the quality of the food, the local following and the high trip advisor rating, the restaurant is generally fully booked for at least a two days in advance. In the summer the bookings are a minimum of a week in advance. Generally over the winter months there will be a turnover of 1 to 1.5 servings a night which increases to 3 times per night at the height of summer. The average spend per head is between 25 - 35 euros per head, depending on drinks. The current staff are more then happy to stay on, but that would obviously be at the discretion of the new owner. The rental contract for the local is on a perpetual base. Monthly rent is 1300 euro.
